Senior Associate, Funds – Jersey - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

Our client, a leading offshore professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its Funds Team in Jersey. This role offers a collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth. You will provide expert legal advice, manage transactions, and maintain strong client relationships.

As a senior fee earner, you’ll handle complex matters independently, draft documents, and mentor junior colleagues. Responsibilities will include business development, preparing proposals, meeting financial targets, and staying current with legal and regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE, strong academic credentials, and proven expertise in funds or related areas. Excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and client relationship management are essential. Familiarity with relevant technology and a proactive approach is also desirable.
