Our client, a well-regarded legal firm based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its employment and discrimination team. This is a maternity cover position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The team handles a busy schedule of court and tribunal work, and applicants should bring relevant experience, whether early in their career or well-established.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of post-qualification experience (PQE), and will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing a demanding caseload with precision. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships are essential.
