This full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its dynamic Commercial Property department in Dundee.
This role will support the delivery of high-quality services to clients, primarily in the areas of commercial property sales and purchases, development work, funding transactions, renewable energy, commercial leasing, and general commercial conveyancing advice.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and the ability to lead complex commercial property transactions. You will also participate in regular departmental meetings and take responsibility for training and supervising less experienced staff. Additionally, you will support the firm’s marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to cross-sell services.
The role is based in Dundee, but other locations will be considered. While it is preferably office-based, flexible WFH/hybrid arrangements may be offered depending on experience and location.
