Employment – Inverness (Assignment 12159)

  • 1–7 years’ PQE
  • Advise on full range of employment matters including dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, grievances, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and related disputes
  • Autonomous role with business development exposure and opportunity to grow within a developing Employment team

Senior Associate/Partner, Employment – Glasgow (Assignment 17929)

  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE
  • Handle varied contentious and non-contentious employment work including tribunal claims, contracts, policies and strategic HR advice for employer and employee clients
  • Join an award-winning, collaborative team with strong technical expectations, commercial focus, and benefits including flexible working

Partner, Employment – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16800)

  • At least 7 years’ PQE
  • Lead a high-profile Employment Team advising on contracts, negotiations, workplace rights, tribunals, disputes, grievance processes and related employment/immigration matters
  • Senior leadership role; following desirable, within a leading UK firm with strong reputation and specialist practice

Knowledge Lawyer, Employment – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 18024)

  • At least 5 years’ PQE (England & Wales qualified solicitor)
  • Develop and maintain employment law knowhow, precedents, training, legal updates, research support, and knowledge systems across the team
  • Key internal support role focused on legal knowledge management, training delivery, innovation, and collaboration across practice groups

Head of Litigation – Flexible (Assignment 18133)

  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE
  • Lead Employment Tribunal litigation including case strategy, pleadings, hearings, mediations, and client advisory work for employer clients
  • Senior caseload and leadership role with business development involvement, performance targets, and hybrid working flexibility

Associate/Senior Associate, Employment – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 18054)

  • 3–5 years’ PQE (Associate) or 5+ years’ PQE (Senior Associate)
  • Mixed contentious and non-contentious employment work including HR advisory, tribunal litigation, TUPE, corporate support, DEI, and international projects
  • Senior role includes mentoring, business development, and exposure to high-profile clients within a leading national team

Employment – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17506)

  • 3–6 years’ PQE
  • Advise commercial clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters including litigation, TUPE, regulatory issues, corporate support, and cross-border work
