This award-winning law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Executries team. The role is based in Glasgow with hybrid/remote working options available. The team provide Wills, Trusts and Executry services to clients as well as providing Estate Planning advice.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a varied personal caseload of Private Client work
  • Supervising department administrators and other fee earners
  • Providing specialist support to branch network

To be considered for this role you should have between 3-10years’ PQE, with at least 3 years in Private Client work with a strong understanding of the executry process and succession law, as well as sound knowledge of tax law, particularly inheritance, capital gains and income taxes.

You will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships as well as having the ambition to build on the success of the department.

A STEP qualified is desired, however the Firm provide a funded learning scheme for those not STEP qualified.
