Practice Development Lawyer (Corporate) – Edinburgh/Glasgow

Our client, a leading UK Law Firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking a Practice Development Lawyer to join its Corporate Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The role focuses on document automation, styles, and precedents within the corporate practice. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining standard documents, managing projects, monitoring legislative updates, supporting knowledge systems, and providing training. The role also involves wider knowledge-sharing, business development, and team initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Lawyer with at least 4-year PQE, strong drafting and project management skills, and experience with corporate styles, precedents, and transaction documents. Attention to detail, IT proficiency, and a collaborative approach are essential.
