Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its fast-paced Family Team. The role can be based in the Whitburn, Livingston, or Bathgate office.

This is a busy position, involving private family law work including separation and divorce, children’s hearings, family contact, safeguarding, and guardianships.

The firm welcomes applications from candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, possessing strong relevant experience and a demonstrated passion for family law. A particular interest in private family law would be especially advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive firm offering strong progression prospects and hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office).
