This leading international law firm is recruiting a Liability / Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing Insurance division in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of defender litigation matters, acting for insurers, large corporates and public sector clients on complex and high-value claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims, from inception through to resolution
  • Advising clients on serious and catastrophic injury claims, fatal accident cases and high-value property damage disputes
  • Providing strategic advice on liability and insurance policy indemnity issues where required
  • Representing clients in litigation, mediations and other forms of dispute resolution while building and maintaining strong client relationships

Applicants should be Scottish qualified solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in defender personal injury, insurance litigation or liability claims.
