The role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters, cutting-edge technology issues, and a rapidly expanding area of legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling disputes arising from cyber incidents, data breaches, and technology-related matters, including regulatory investigations and group litigation.
  • Advising on GDPR and wider data protection issues, particularly in relation to international and cross-border incidents.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to thought leadership within the cyber sector.
