This leading Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its thriving team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior litigator to take on a varied caseload within a highly regarded practice, working on pursuer litigation matters while playing an active role in supporting and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of pursuer litigation matters, with a particular focus on road traffic accident claims.
  • Handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring clients receive high-quality and responsive legal support throughout.
  • Advising clients on complex litigation matters and delivering practical, outcome-focused solutions.
  • Undertaking clinical negligence work and supporting the continued growth of this specialist area.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, sharing knowledge and contributing to team development.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the firm’s excellent reputation for client service.

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in pursuer litigation. Candidates should possess extensive experience handling road traffic accident claims, excellent case management skills, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. Experience in clinical negligence matters would be advantageous.
