We are pleased to be working with a well‑established Scottish law firm that is recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing Public Sector Litigation team in Edinburgh. The firm is known for its modern approach, high‑quality work, and supportive culture.

The role will involve working on a broad range of public sector litigation matters, including:

  • Managing a varied caseload of defender personal injury claims
  • Advising and appearing at Fatal Accident Inquiries
  • Regular advocacy across Sheriff Courts in Scotland
  • Supervising junior lawyers and supporting team development
  • Assisting with business development, training, and client engagement

The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE, ideally with experience in dispute resolution and an interest in public sector work.
