This highly regarded Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting a solicitor to join its well-established Family Law Team in Paisley.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and will be responsible for managing a varied caseload.   This position offers clear long-term progression, with autonomy to develop your expertise and contribute to shaping the team’s client offering.

Key Responsibilities

The role will cover a wide range of family law matters, including:

  • Cohabitation, separation, and divorce
  • Child residence and contact
  • Adoption and permanency orders
  • Children’s hearings and appeals
  • Parental rights and responsibilities
  • Grandparents’ rights

To be considered for this role, you will be at the NQ–2 years’ PQE level with previous family law experience.  Although, other litigation experience would be considered, if the candidate has a genuine interest in this area. The firm is committed to ongoing training and professional development, providing dedicated time away from fee-earning to support learning and growth.
