A leading Scottish firm is looking to appoint a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor to its Company Secretarial team, with flexibility to be based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland’s largest and most experienced governance practices, working across a wide client base.

The successful candidate will assist on a broad range of matters including client board and shareholder meetings, maintaining statutory registers, and providing administrative support to LLPs and corporate structures. You will contribute to high-quality service delivery for both internal and external clients, with the opportunity to collaborate with other specialist teams across the firm.

Candidates should be at 1-4 years PQE level and bring strong experience in company secretarial or governance work, with a sound understanding of procedural and legislative developments in this area. ICSA qualification is welcome but not essential. A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to provide practical and timely advice are key. The role reports to the Company Secretary & Governance Team Leader.
