We have been instructed on an exciting vacancy with our client, a forward-thinking full-service law firm. The firm is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join either its Dundee, Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners act for a variety of clients including developers, landowners and tenants, SIPP providers and banks. The firm is open to level of candidates from NQ level upwards with previous experience in commercial property. Individuals currently working residential property with an interest in commercial property will also be considered. Key tasks will include:

  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in the field, including CPD requirements.
  • Conducting negotiations to reach desirable outcomes.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
  • Delegating and outsourcing work when appropriate.
