An established Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or Director to join its thriving Glasgow team. The firm is a respected full‑service legal practice in Scotland, known for delivering high‑quality advice across commercial, corporate, property and private client sectors.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality advice across a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, funding transactions, commercial leasing, and general conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development and funding deals, and commercial leases.
  • Contribute to regular departmental meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Train, mentor and supervise junior team members.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of firm‑wide services to enhance client support.
  • Support and participate in marketing and business development activities.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the firm at networking events to raise individual and departmental profiles.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the firm’s service areas.
