A well-established law firm in Glasgow is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience to join its growing team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including both pre-litigation and litigation work in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

Applicants should have solid advocacy skills, a good understanding of personal injury law, and the ability to manage cases with empathy and professionalism. The role offers the chance to work independently while being supported by a collaborative team of legal professionals.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in modern city centre offices, with hybrid working available following initial training.
