Banking/Finance Solicitor - Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

Our client is looking for a talented Solicitor to join its banking team as they continue to enjoy significant growth. The team acts for both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions and sectors including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, housing finance, asset finance, energy and restructuring/refinancing. You will specialise in corporate and transactional banking matters and have gained relevant experience, either during your training contract or as a qualified solicitor. Experience of Banking & Finance would be preferred but is not essential.
