Our client, a leading UK law firm, headquartered in Scotland, is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team in Glasgow. This permanent position offers the chance to work on high-profile investment and development transactions across sectors such as offices, retail, industrial, and the living sector.

The role involves handling major projects, cross-border deals, and managing independent transactions for clients active in Scotland and beyond. You will advise on acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, asset management for prime properties, and complex financing arrangements. The work also includes involvement in student accommodation projects and collaboration with UK and international law firms on portfolio transactions.

Candidates should have at least four years’ post-qualification experience, solid expertise in Scottish real estate law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to problem-solving.
