This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its Adults with Incapacity team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a varied and rewarding role, with a particular focus on guardianship applications and complex Adults with Incapacity matters, while also advising on wider private client work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on Adults with Incapacity matters, including guardianship applications and related court proceedings
  • Preparing wills, powers of attorney and assisting with executry administration
  • Managing a varied caseload with significant client contact and exposure to court work
  • Providing clear, practical advice while working collaboratively within a supportive private client team

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE, with experience in Adults with Incapacity matters, particularly guardianship applications. A background in private client work, including wills, powers of attorney and executries, would be highly advantageous. Candidates should possess strong communication, research and organisational skills, together with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
