FRASIA

Frasia has been at the heart of legal recruitment since 1988, making her a true expert in the field. With the longest track record in Scottish legal recruitment, she’s built a reputation for integrity, discretion, and helping lawyers and partners navigate their careers. Since launching FWA in 1995, she’s been a trusted guide in the profession. Away from work, Frasia is a proud mum to Robert and Teddie and loves nothing more than a strong coffee, a good book, travelling, and, of course, long lunches with friends!

KAREN

Karen joined FWA in 2014 and is a highly organised and skilled professional, known for her exceptional management abilities and her unwavering support for those around her. Leading and supporting administration and operational areas of the business, she brings invaluable experience to the team. Outside of work, Karen is a proud mum to Logan and cockapoo, Merlo, and enjoys travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.

JADE

Jade became part of the recruitment team in early 2024 after starting her journey with FWA in 2016, she specialises in placing junior lawyers and guiding their career development. As a busy mum of two boys, she knows a thing or two about juggling family life and career success! When she’s not matching lawyers with their perfect roles, you’ll find Jade out on a walk with a podcast, or spending quality time with family and friends.

STEPH

Steph, mum to ‘wee Cameron’, joined FWA in 2019, then transitioning to recruitment in 2022, focusing on supporting junior Lawyers. Her career highlights women’s ability to grow and succeed whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, travelling, great food, and unwinding with an Aperol spritz!

RACHAEL

Since joining FWA in September 2021, Rachael has been an essential part of administration, marketing, and operations within the business. Her talent for multi-tasking makes her an essential part of our team. A dog mum, coffee lover and true crime enthusiast, she’s all about quality time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, long walks, and travelling.

PAULINE

Pauline, a proud mother of two boys, Luca and Dino, joined FWA in 2022 and quickly became a key team member, offering invaluable support in administration and operations. Known for her warmth and resilience, she helps drive the business’s success while building lasting friendships. Outside of work, she enjoys time with loved ones, watching sports, and making the most of every moment.

MAIRAK

Since joining FWA in 2023, Mairak has been a powerhouse of energy and support. With experience across international sectors, she offers a fresh perspective, creative solutions, and a positive attitude. Based in Southeast Asia, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is a cat mum! Outside of work, Mairak loves hiking, great food, and all things fashion.
