As we reflect on the past two years, we have all adapted our working and social lives in unimaginable ways. Workplaces, as well as society have had to act fast and be open to change. We have seen great strength in all our clients and candidates who continue to show resilience, innovation and collaboration.
Frasia Wright Associates is committed to providing equal treatment and equal opportunities in the selection of candidates on behalf of all our clients. It is viewed as an important topic at FWA and we have invested in ongoing training on equality and diversity awareness and unconscious bias.
FWA have signed up to the Scottish Business Pledge – a Scottish Ministers initiative which aims for a fairer Scotland through more equality, opportunity and innovation in business.
Finding the right person for any job requires much more than the simple exchange of CV’s, especially in a challenging market. Our approach is different, and our services are adapted to meet the specific needs of individual candidates, as well as our clients. Before we do anything or make a single recommendation to any candidate, our consultants will take the time to understand them, their skill set and their career aspirations.
As a member of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) we commit to their Diversity Pledge, to harness the talent and potential of everyone to achieve business success. Open and inclusive recruitment processes ensure employers have a greater pool of talent to choose from.
