This December marks a major milestone for Frasia Wright Associates – 30 years of recruiting lawyers and building trust across Scotland’s legal landscape.

Founded in 1995 by Frasia Wright, a pioneer in legal recruitment with experience in New York and London, the firm began with a clear mission: to offer ethical, realistic, and tailored recruitment advice. That mission remains at the heart of everything we do today.

Reflecting on the journey, Frasia shares:

“When I launched Frasia Wright Associates from home to balance family life and a passion to have my own business, I never imagined how common home/flexible working would become. I saw a need for a recruitment partner that truly understood the legal market, and I’m proud that our commitment to integrity and long-term relationships continues to drive our success.
