This leading international law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team in the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a specialist employment law practice, advising a broad range of employer and business clients while gaining exposure to contentious employment matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including workplace disputes and employment-related risk management
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and other employment-related forums
  • Drafting employment documentation, legal submissions and advisory materials
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Applicants should have at least 1 year PQE with experience in employment law, litigation, or a related practice area. Candidates should possess strong drafting, communication and organisational skills, together with the ability to manage a varied caseload and build effective client relationships. Previous Employment Tribunal experience would be advantageous, although candidates with a genuine interest in developing this specialism will also be considered.
