Professional Discipline & Clinical Defence - Edinburgh/Hybrid

Our client, a modern, full-service law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its top-ranked Professional Discipline and Clinical Defence Team in Edinburgh, with hybrid working available. The role involves high-quality clinical negligence and regulatory defence work within a Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked practice.

Main responsibilities will include:

Manage clinical negligence matters from pre-litigation to litigation
Represent professionals in regulatory and disciplinary cases
Handle a varied caseload in a busy environment
Support clients in complex and sensitive situations
Contribute to business development activities

The team is keen to speak with candidates at the 1-5 years’ PQE level, ideally with experience in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. The role offers full involvement in cases from initial instruction through to resolution within a busy, client-focused environment.
