This well‑established Scottish law firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Perth. The firm is known for its strong client service, supportive culture, and high‑quality residential property work.

The role will involve working on a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sale and purchase transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of title
  • Drafting missives and overseeing transactions from offer to completion
  • Providing clear advice to clients and liaising with lenders, agents, and other solicitors

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor at newly qualified to around two years’ PQE, with a solid grounding in residential conveyancing and strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, client‑focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.

You will be joining a friendly, well‑structured team with opportunities for development, client contact, and broader exposure to residential property work within the Scottish legal context. The firm offers a competitive salary and a supportive working environment.
