An established offshore law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its leading financial services law team in Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters including corporate and commercial law, investment funds, banking, and regulatory issues. You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers, providing high-quality legal support and advice to an international client base.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in corporate law, combined with a commercially minded approach and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing client relationships, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive attitude toward business development and a willingness to contribute to the growth of the practice will be highly valued.

Applicants should have between one and three years of post-qualification experience with a UK, Jersey, or Commonwealth qualification. A keen interest in offshore law and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
