Our client, a leading UK law firm headquartered in Scotland, is currently seeking a senior-level Lawyer to join its highly regarded Commercial, IP, and IT team. The firm offers flexibility on location, with the role available in its Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Inverness offices.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have between 4–8 years’ PQE (Scots or England and Wales qualified), with significant experience gained in private practice or in-house. However, candidates outside this PQE range who can demonstrate the requisite expertise are also encouraged to apply. You should demonstrate a strong interest and enthusiasm for commercial contracts, IP, IT, and/or data protection matters, alongside a proven track record in these areas. Candidates seeking a four-day working week will also be considered.

This is a demanding role requiring the ability to manage a complex and busy workload.
