An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading UK law firm, to take the next step in your career and work on complex, high-profile matters. This senior associate position offers the chance to join a specialist team focused on employee incentives and private capital. You will advise on the design and implementation of reward structures and equity incentive plans, as well as support remuneration committees and private equity clients on management incentive issues.

The role involves working closely with an experienced team and a diverse client base, giving you real responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact from day one. The firm is seeking someone with at least six years’ PQE, strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively. Leadership experience and a proven track record in business development will be highly valued.
