This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to join its Real Estate practice in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team is keen to speak with candidates with at least 5 years PQE all the way up to Partner level.

The role involves a wide range of high profile domestic and international real estate with particular focus in the development and investment sectors. You will also work with a national infrastructure manager on real estate transactions including acquisitions/disposals, leasing, and acquisition/granting of servitudes.

You will assist on a varied range of real estate work and your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents.
  • Liasing with the firm’s tax, planning, construction, employment, corporate and banking teams.
  • Ongoing participation in business development and client relationship management.
  • Carrying out asset management type work (e.g., shopping centres) and dealing with Landlord/Tenant leasing matters.
