Senior Associate/Partner, Real Estate - Glasgow/Edinburgh

This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to join its Real Estate practice in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team is keen to speak with candidates with at least 5 years PQE all the way up to Partner level.

The role involves a wide range of high profile domestic and international real estate with particular focus in the development and investment sectors. You will also work with a national infrastructure manager on real estate transactions including acquisitions/disposals, leasing, and acquisition/granting of servitudes.

You will assist on a varied range of real estate work and your responsibilities will include:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents.
Liasing with the firm’s tax, planning, construction, employment, corporate and banking teams.
Ongoing participation in business development and client relationship management.
Carrying out asset management type work (e.g., shopping centres) and dealing with Landlord/Tenant leasing matters.
