Practice Area: business development, Private Client, Residential Conveyancing, Residential Development, Trusts & Executry
Level: Assistant, Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Fife, Scotland

Our client, a well-established, family-run law firm based in Central Fife is seeking a Solicitor to join its team as a Residential Conveyancer. The firm provides a broad range of legal services, including conveyancing, wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, commercial property, and notarial work.

The role involves managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, with potential involvement in private client work. The successful candidate will report directly to the firm’s Director and collaborate with a small team of legal professionals. There is also an opportunity to contribute to business development and promote the firm’s services more broadly.

Interested applicants should have at least 1-year PQE with experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a smaller firm environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated junior lawyer to join a supportive and friendly team.
