Location: Scotland, Central Belt, Glasgow
Ref: 6013

This established and growing Scottish law firm is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Bishopbriggs office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take ownership of a varied conveyancing caseload while becoming part of a client-focused team with a strong presence across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. The firm is willing to consider candidates looking for a locum role.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including property purchases, sales, transfers of title, remortgages, and new-build transactions.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused guidance.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documentation, and related property documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professional advisers to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success and growth of the property team.
