This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy practice in Dundee. The role sits within a collaborative and growing team that supports a wide range of clients, handling the full breadth of residential property work.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges, as well as examining title and drafting documentation. You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships, deliver clear communication throughout each transaction, and contribute to business development initiatives. The role also provides the opportunity to support junior colleagues and play a part in the wider development of the team.

Applicants should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. Strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. A proactive approach and interest in building client relationships will be highly valued.
