Our client, an established Ayrshire-based firm, is seeking to recruit a solicitor with experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.

This is a varied role involving the management of property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and securities, as well as acting for a wide range of clients. The successful applicant will also handle commercial leasing, rural property matters (including agricultural land and renewable energy projects), and provide legal support for corporate transactions involving the sale and purchase of assets or shares.

Along with residential property experience, ideally candidates should have commercial and rural conveyancing knowledge, however training will be provided if required. Candidates at the NQ level and upwards will be considered, and salary will be commensurate with PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build or broaden their experience within a well-rounded property and commercial practice.
