This innovative law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Planning Team in Edinburgh. You will join a market-leading team who advise a range of high-profile clients. You will have an interesting and varied workload, some of your duties will include:

Acting on a number of planning judicial reviews.
Advising developers.
Advising on major energy developments across Scotland.
Advising a number of local authorities.
Advising on planning appeals for a range of developments including renewable energy schemes, housing and agricultural projects, and undertaking advocacy at hearings and inquiries.

To be considered for this role you should have at least 1 years’ PQE and ideally have previous planning experience. Candidates who have projects or non-contentious construction experience would also be considered.
