Personal Injury Solicitor – Glasgow / Remote (Assignment 16341)

Our client, a growing boutique litigation firm, is currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its busy and expanding practice in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury law.

The successful candidate will provide professional legal advice on various complex personal injury claims, representing both pursuers and defenders, as well as representing clients in court. Experience in various aspects of Scottish litigation law and courtroom presence is essential. Scottish Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 16613)

This litigation firm is currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding practice based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a solid background in all aspects of the Scottish personal injury process, with a particular focus on clinical negligence.

In this role, you will advise clients on their legal rights and options following personal injury, prepare and manage claims on their behalf, negotiate settlements with insurers, and represent clients in court. Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous. This is a full-time position within a supportive and friendly firm, offering a flexible working arrangement, including the option of a 4-day week and a hybrid office/home split.

Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution, Property Damage – Edinburgh or Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 16398)

This well-established global Law Firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join its expanding Property Damage, Recovery, and Coverage Disputes team. The team handles complex loss claims for its diverse and growing client base.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of PQE with excellent commercial and client-facing skills. Experience in insurance litigation is preferred, but candidates with a strong background in commercial disputes will also be considered. You will be expected to manage a broad range of interesting cases, such as:

  • Pursuing and defending commercial and domestic public liability claims
  • Handling contractual and coverage disputes
  • Conducting appearance work and instructing counsel in Commercial Court actions and arbitrations

Associate/Senior Associate, Clinical Negligence – Glasgow (Assignment 15568)

This prominent Law Firm excelling in civil litigation is in search of an associate or senior associate to join their well-established Glasgow practice. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years’ PQE at the associate level, with senior associate candidates expected to have at least 5 years’ PQE.

The team is interested in individuals with a solid foundation in litigation and a proven track record in clinical negligence cases. This is a full-time position and offers the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements along with a competitive salary package.

Personal Injury & Reparation (Defender) – Glasgow (Assignment 16645)

This award-winning Law Firm is currently recruiting a Personal Injury Lawyer (defender) to join its leading Personal Injury Team, one of the largest in Scotland. You will become part of a talented team covering various personal injury claims, including RTA, public liability, industrial disease, and employer liability.

The ideal candidate for this position will be at the NQ-4 years’ PQE level, and the successful candidate can expect to manage their own caseload, involving both litigated and non-litigated matters. Regular court appearances throughout Scotland and the Court of Session are also expected, and previous experience handling complex cases would be beneficial. Career progression is actively encouraged within the firm.

Casualty Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 16512)

We have been instructed on this new litigation role with our client, a leading UK Law Firm in Glasgow. Due to continued growth, the firms Defender Insurance Team currently requires an additional Lawyer to join its practice on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will receive a varied caseload of predominantly pre and litigated disease claims, as well as motor/fraud and EL/PL claims. Key tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with a team to deliver a full spectrum of legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Supporting the Team Manager and other Partners with case management, client relationship development, client training, networking, and public speaking as needed.
  • Conducting Management Information (MI) procedures as required.
  • Adhering to deadlines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

To be considered for this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and have experience of managing defence of EL/PL casualty claims, this is essential to the role. Previous experience of managing defence of fraud, motor or disease claims is desirable. Given the diverse nature of this role, the team is seeking someone who is adaptable and capable of handling a wide range of tasks.
