A well-established Scottish Law Firm is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join its Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Family Law Partners and become part of a respected, long-standing team known for delivering high-quality client service.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment, with access to strong mentorship and professional development from accredited Family Law specialists. The team is open to hybrid working and candidates seeking part-time hours (minimum 3 days per week).

The successful candidate will be involved in the following areas:

  • Divorce and separation matters
  • Civil partnerships
  • Financial provision
  • Residence and contact disputes
  • Child welfare hearings

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with previous experience in family law. A working knowledge of SLAB processes is desirable but not essential.
