Corporate Associate - Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

This international law firm is recruiting an Associate to join its highly regarded Glasgow Corporate Group. This is a full-time position, and the team is seeking candidates with a strong corporate background and ideally with experience in M&A, corporate finance and private equity (desirable but not essential). You will have a varied role which will involve advising on mergers, acquisitions, flotations, disposals, buy ins and buy outs and joint ventures and investments.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years PQE and above and should have gained previous experience in a city firm or a large regional practice. They will also have a strong academic background, have a client focussed approach to their work and be commercially aware.
