A well-established Scottish firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor Advocate to join its dynamic litigation team based in Glasgow. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The team is known for its expertise in personal injury and clinical negligence matters. It handles a wide-ranging caseload including road traffic accidents, accidents in the workplace, and complex claims involving clinical and dental negligence. The role will involve representing clients in higher courts and working closely with them to gather evidence, progress cases, and secure positive outcomes through litigation and negotiation.

This newly created opportunity would be well suited to a Senior Associate or someone already operating at Partner level, ideally with 5+ years’ PQE and strong experience in litigation and advocacy. Candidates should also have a client-focused approach and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of a forward-thinking firm.
