Banking & Finance Associate - Edinburgh/Glasgow

We have been instructed on this new senior banking role with our client, a leading UK law firm. The firm currently has a need for a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team on a full-time basis; the post can be held in either the firms Glasgow or Edinburgh office.

To be considered for this role, you should be at the 2+ years PQE level with extensive knowledge of financial law. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of complex banking matters including drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, project managing transactional work and conducting legal research and producing documentation. You will also be expected to provide support and supervision to more junior members of the team.
