Our client is seeking an experienced Lawyer with experience in Commercial Contracts, Infrastructure, Projects, or Energy to join its dynamic team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The role involves advising public and private sector clients on high-profile PPP projects, infrastructure procurement, and transactions across transport, utilities, renewable energy, and healthcare.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients on infrastructure, energy, and procurement projects
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Supporting major PPP and large-scale transactions
• Managing stakeholder relationships and providing strategic legal advice

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years’ PQE with strong commercial contract experience, excellent drafting and organisational skills, and a client-focused approach.
