A leading UK law firm is seeking a senior-level lawyer to join its Corporate & Commercial team in a strategic Knowledge Lawyer role. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive knowledge management, technical excellence, innovation, and the adoption of legal technology across the business group.

This role combines legal expertise with innovation, supporting lawyer development, knowledge sharing, client-facing training, and the implementation of AI and legal technology solutions. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and enhancing knowledge management processes and best practices across the team.
  • Supporting training, legal updates, and technical development for lawyers at all levels.
  • Championing the use of AI and legal technology tools to improve service delivery.
  • Contributing to client training, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
  • Working alongside knowledge and innovation teams to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE with strong experience in UK commercial contracting law. A strong interest in digital and technology matters is also highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer seeking a knowledge-focused role within a reputable firm.
