An established legal practice in the Highlands and Islands is seeking an experienced Solicitor (NQ+) to join its Portree office. The role focuses on residential conveyancing and private client work, supporting a diverse and long-standing client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the purchase and sale of residential properties and crofts
Handling remortgages and transfers of residential property
Preparing wills and powers of attorney
Providing clear, professional advice to clients across residential conveyancing and private client matters

The successful candidate will be capable of managing their own caseload, working independently, and delivering high-quality client service. Experience with rural properties and crofting matters would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is a permanent opportunity offering genuine career progression within a supportive and collaborative working environment, based on the Isle of Skye.
