This long-standing Scottish law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy practice handling a varied mix of residential and commercial property work.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Acting for lenders in secured loan and remortgage transactions.
Examining title, drafting conveyancing documentation, and reporting to clients and lenders.
Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.

Applicants should have at least 1 years’ PQE in conveyancing, and be comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing would be advantageous, though strong experience in one area will be considered.
