Our client, a leading Scottish law firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its specialist Disease Team in Glasgow. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary based on experience, along with excellent benefits and flexible working options.

The position involves managing a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters, supporting individuals affected by workplace-related respiratory conditions. You will gain hands-on experience in court work, including appearances in ASPIC and the Court of Session, and work closely with medical experts, counsel, and clients. The role also includes drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, and mentoring junior team members.

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with at least one year of post-qualification experience in litigation, ideally with a background in personal injury. Experience in disease-related cases is advantageous but not essential. Strong advocacy skills and a commitment to achieving justice for clients are key.
