This is a senior-level opportunity within a highly regarded practice that supports a diverse international client base, including individuals, families, and businesses navigating UK immigration law.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on complex immigration and nationality matters, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to strategic development across the firm.

Applicants should have at least four years’ experience and demonstrate a strong track record in handling complex visa and nationality applications, along with excellent communication and drafting skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. Expertise in areas such as Global Talent, Innovator Founder Visas, complex nationality issues, and privately funded appeals is highly desirable.
