A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join its dynamic and highly regarded team based in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of immigration law, supporting a diverse international client base through complex legal journeys.

In this role, you will provide expert advice across the full spectrum of UK immigration and nationality law, from personal applications to business and talent mobility. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions, and contribute to a team known for its excellence and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ PQE, demonstrate strong experience in handling visa and nationality applications, possess excellent communication and drafting skills, and show a clear commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Expertise in areas such as Appendix FM, Global Talent Visas, Innovator Founder Visas, and complex nationality matters is highly desirable.
