A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented banking and finance lawyer to join its expanding team in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with three to six years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in financial law. The role offers exposure to a broad range of work including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and structured finance, advising both lenders and borrowers on complex, high-value transactions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team’s growth, contributing to legal innovation and knowledge development, and mentoring junior colleagues. You’ll be involved in strategic business development initiatives and have the opportunity to work on high-profile deals across the UK and internationally.
