Our client, a leading Scottish law firm is growing its Complex Injury Claims Team and is recruiting a Solicitor to take on a key Associate role within its high-performing Large Loss practice. This opportunity involves managing a caseload of high-value and catastrophic injury claims, including cases exceeding £1 million, while working collaboratively with lead lawyers on some of the most complex personal injury matters in the market.

You’ll advise longstanding insurer clients on issues of indemnity, liability, and quantum, and play an active role in strategic decision-making, settlement planning, and litigation. There is also scope to support junior colleagues and contribute to wider client engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE and have experience in multi-track or complex personal injury litigation. Strong analytical, drafting, and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively and collaboratively.
