A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its top-tier team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. The team operates across a variety of asset classes, from traditional sectors such as offices, retail, and industrial, to more specialist areas like student accommodation, leisure, and renewable energy.

This opportunity offers involvement in high-profile transactions across investment, development, asset management, and renewables, with a client base that includes some of the most influential investors and developers in the Scottish market.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience gained in a recognised real estate team. You should be confident managing complex matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and working independently or collaboratively. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet demanding deadlines are essential.
