Banking & Finance – Guernsey (Assignment 17989)

  • Advise on complex banking and finance transactions for global financial institutions and major clients.

  • Work closely with senior lawyers, managing matters, drafting documentation, and delivering exceptional client service.

  • NQ–2 PQE with strong academics, top-tier training, excellent drafting skills, and a proactive commercial approach.

Corporate Funds – Jersey (Assignment 17986)

  • Join a leading offshore corporate team advising on high-profile international funds and corporate transactions.

  • Act for major financial institutions, investment funds, and private equity clients in an award-winning practice.

  • NQ–2 PQE with strong academics and training; prior exposure to funds work is advantageous.

Insolvency & Dispute Resolution – Jersey (Assignment 17991)

  • Advise on complex, high-value insolvency, commercial litigation, and trust disputes with cross-border elements.

  • Work alongside market-leading practitioners for a diverse international client base.

  • 1+ PQE with strong academics and experience in insolvency or dispute resolution; offshore experience beneficial but not required.

Senior Counsel, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution – Jersey (Assignment 17990)

  • Play a key role in a growing disputes practice handling complex, multi-jurisdictional insolvency and litigation matters.

  • Advise on high-profile cases including corporate recovery, trust disputes, regulatory investigations, and asset recovery.

  • 7+ PQE with strong technical expertise, excellent academics, and a commercially driven approach; offshore experience advantageous.

Corporate Finance – Jersey (Assignment 17987)

  • Join a leading Jersey-based litigation practice advising on complex domestic and international disputes.

  • Work across corporate and commercial litigation, funds, financial services, trusts, fraud, and regulatory matters.

  • 2–4 PQE with strong academics, Commonwealth qualification, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Commercial Property – Jersey (Assignment 17897)

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, with additional exposure to residential and related matters.

  • Manage matters end-to-end, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives.

  • 4–6 PQE with UK, Jersey, or Commonwealth qualification and strong commercial property experience; Jersey knowledge desirable.

Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory – Guernsey (Assignment 17848)

  • Advise on a broad mix of corporate, finance, funds, and regulatory matters, including cross-border transactions.

  • Draft and review documentation, manage client relationships, and support business development initiatives.

  • 0–3 PQE common law qualified lawyer with strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach.
